Travel is one of those things that naturally gives rise to queries, concerns and doubts, so we're here to put your mind at ease. Which trip is right for me? What do I do about visas? How much do I tip? Should I have an special car seat? For questions frequent and otherwise, this is the spot.
For the majority of our trips the minimum age is 15. An adult must accompany all children under the age of 18. Younger children can join us on our Family trips and Short Break Adventures, but check each trip for its minimum age, which is located on the trip’s overview page on the website. Most of our trips don’t have a maximum age limit, but a Self-Assessment Form is required for all passengers 70 years and over.
Good things come in small packages, which is why we keep our group sizes down. This means we’re small enough to remain flexible as we thread our way through communities without intimidating the locals. On most of our trips you’ll be part of an intimate group of up to 10 people. Our Overland trips are in purpose-built vehicles that can carry up to 10 travellers in shuttle express service or up to 6 pax in Luxury Service.

Questions about Airport/Transfers
You can book it by just typing the Keywords HOTEL, CONDO or AirBnB and choose the correct location from menu( Akumal/Condo-House , Cancun/Condo-House, Playa del Carmen/AirbnB , Tulum /AirBnB... ) them make sure to write the address and name of hotel, condo or airBnB on the "additional commenst" field form on the Booking page.
Once you clear customs and inmigrations, walk to the main exit door. you will probably be approached by time share vendors, they offer assistance with tours and transfers, do not listen to them and just keep walking, please look for our staff in airport arrivals area they will be holding a CancunReliableTransfer sign.
Yes, we can have car seats, booster seat and baby seats on board of our vechicles, company employees are not allowed to secure car seats on the vehicle, this must be done by customers due to insurance regulations.
Transfers can be paid with US Dollars. Please check our pricing table on tours, you can also pay in Pesos. Check with your driver for the updated exchange rate if paying in pesos.
